Job Title: Security Guard – On-Call

Schedule: Varies, On-Call as needed
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of related experience

Ability to lift and carry up to 50-70 lbs and frequently climb stairs or walk on uneven terrain

Must maintain current CPR and First Aid certification
Responsibilities

Guard & Patrol Duties: Protect life and property by patrolling assigned areas and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Building Security: Secure the premises by checking doors, windows, lights, equipment, and emergency systems. Maintain logs of findings and corrective actions taken.

Traffic & Parking Control: Oversee parking and traffic duties as needed.

Fire Alarm Response: Respond to fire alarms, assist in fire suppression, and maintain fire alarm systems.

Intrusion Alarms: Set up and check intrusion alarm systems for proper operation.

Assist Law Enforcement: Help staff and law enforcement in controlling disturbances and conduct preliminary investigations.

General Transportation: Provide transportation services as required.
