Qualifications

Current CA BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit

Current CA BSIS Guard Card
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
2+ years of Residential Estate Security experience with high-net-worth individuals
-
Ability to handle dynamic, fast-paced situations
-
Ability to work both independently and in a team
-
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
-
Professional communication style with a positive attitude
-
Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in stressful situations

Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physical tasks, including kneeling, carrying up to 50 lbs, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods

Certifications: First aid, CPR, and AED training
Responsibilities

Residential Estate Protection: Provide concierge-level protection for high-profile clients and their families, maintaining confidentiality.

Security Operations: Monitor premises, conduct patrols, and manage access control.

Incident Management: Respond quickly to potential threats and emergencies.

Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and client-focused approach while ensuring security.

Reporting: Document security incidents and activities in detailed reports.
Preferred Qualifications

Military or Law Enforcement experience with leadership responsibilities

Previous Client-Facing Security Experience
-
Medical Certifications (EMT, Paramedic, etc.)

Security Experience: Includes remote monitoring, access control, physical security, and emergency response

Advanced Security Training in Emergency Medicine, defensive tactics, arrest techniques, and tactical firearms
