Job Title: Security & Customer Service Associate
Company: Chevron Stations Inc (CSI)
Location: Local Stations in California, Oregon, and Washington
Pay Rate: $21.75 per hour
Shift Differential: $1.25 per hour for graveyard shifts (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Shifts: Full-time & Part-time available, flexible schedule (includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Qualifications

Proficiency in English to understand policies, safety training, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

Ability to handle challenging situations and demonstrate de-escalation skills
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50-70 lbs
-
At least 18 years old for day shifts, 21+ for graveyard shifts
-
Must maintain CPR and first aid certification

Security and Loss Prevention experience preferred
Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers, responding to inquiries and helping them find products

Security & Safety: Monitor the station, perform regular patrols, and ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and property

Incident Response: Use de-escalation techniques and handle emergencies as per CSI’s policies

Report Writing: Document incidents and station activities as needed

Station Duties: Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor facilities, display products, and ensure shelves are stocked
